TERMS & CONDITIONS
We respectfully ask that all service users adhere to the following:

Wait in your car with your dogs until the previous visitor is back in their own vehicle – Many of the dogs using the park are nervous/reactive to other dogs or people.
​
Dogs must be vaccinated or Titre tested as recommended by their vet practice.
​
If your dog has suffered sickness or diarrhoea within 72 hours prior to your session or is showing signs of any infectious illness, please contact us to reschedule.
​
Dog owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of pet waste in the bins provided.
​
At the first sign of aggression, dogs must be leaded and removed from any group sessions.
​
Dog owners are liable for damage or injury inflicted by their dog.
​
Dogs must be on a lead when entering and exiting the park.
​
Dogs in season are not permitted to attend group sessions, but can use for a private session.
​
Dogs are not permitted to dig in any area except for the sand pit.
​
Owners must remain with dogs at all times.
​
Owners are responsible for their dogs behaviour.
​
No responsibility will be taken by the park owners for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or dogs.
​
Vehicles parked on the property are done so at the car owners own risk.
​
No smoking inside the park (electronic cigarettes are permitted).
​
No glass containers are permitted inside the park.
​
All litter must be disposed of in the bins provided.
​
Allow time within your session to return any toys used and leave the park as you found it.
​
12 hours notice is requested to reschedule any appointment to allow others the opportunity to utilise the session. We understand that in some instances this will not be possible, please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate.
​
Family groups are welcome – Parents must closely supervise their children at all times.
​
Play and exercise equipment installed in the park is intended only for the use of dogs only.
​
Please report any damage or breaches in the fence to us as soon as possible. It is the utmost importance to us to maintain a safe and secure space for your peace of mind.
These terms and conditions are subject to change as deemed necessary.
